When I was trained at my first med spa...

I was not taught anatomy and realized that the instruction I received was technique-focused from shadowing another provider. We believe this sets treatment providers up for failure and does not ethically provide the education, resources, and training necessary to build a strong professional in the industry.

With experiential knowledge in every aspect of the industry and business, I founded NLAA to provide students with a strong foundation for their careers.

From the patient to the provider to running the practice, we provide a comprehensive understanding needed to meet our students where they are and set them up for success in every aspect of their future careers.

At NLAA for students, we focus on 3 core principles:

EXCELLENCE

Excellence: We believe that excellence and quality instruction set a firm foundation of support for our students in their aesthetic careers. This foundation is designed to create confidence and competence and influence excellence in our industry.

GUIDANCE

PURPOSE

Guidance: We are a trusted resource for students beyond training and education. We exist to guide students in navigating their journey in aesthetics, wellness, and healthcare.

Purpose: Help students find their passion and purpose by providing various opportunities in observation, apprenticeship, and seminars. We strive to develop purpose-driven providers with ethics and excellence, not trending or unsafe practices.
